Nothing is shipped
Beyond 11 sells time on its box cricket turf. There are no goods: nothing is shipped or delivered to an address, and there is no delivery charge.
How you receive the service
- Your booking is confirmed at once. As soon as your payment goes through, the booking appears in the Beyond 11 app as confirmed, with its date, time and length, what you have paid and what is left to pay.
- You play at the turf, at the time you booked. Come to the turf and show the booking in the app at the desk. The turf is at Survey no 16 17, Ishwarya Garden Main Road (end), Vengavasal, Medavakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600100, India.
- Bookings made at the desk are confirmed by the staff on the spot.
If something goes wrong
- If your payment went through but the app does not show the booking as confirmed, wait a few minutes: we check every payment with Razorpay. If it still does not appear, contact us.
- If the turf cannot be used at your time, for example because of rain or maintenance, the booking is cancelled and everything you paid is refunded: see cancellation and refunds.
